During holidays, please expect delays as the number of orders are slightly higher than usual, although we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
For orders with customization production time, after the design work is done, the proof begins after the approval.
Please let me know your requests clearly in the designs you want personalization. If you specify what you want to remove or add in the design, and where the personalization you want should be applied in the design, the production time will be accelerated.
